You have been drinking water the wrong way all your life.
Yes. Water is life. Water is panacea.
But if it is drunk the wrong way, it becomes the reason for most shocking health problems.
Most people are unaware that they are unintentionally drinking water the wrong way. In this video I discuss about 5 common mistakes that 96% people do while drinking water.
The correct way to drink water is to sit down with a glass of water, and drink it sip by sip. One should consume at least 2-3 litres of water in a day. Drinking room temperature water over very cold water should be preferred.
When is the best time to drink water?
*Whenever you are thirsty. “Ayurveda hasn’t mentioned drinking water first thing in the morning. But since you haven’t eaten anything for 7-8 hours, it’s a good idea to drink lukewarm water in the morning, but only if you feel thirsty,” mentioned Bhavsar.

01:11 – #5 Reason that you are drinking water the wrong way. This is probably the most common and the most damaging thing almost everybody does. It becomes the reason for most grievous health issues later.
02:09 – #4 Reason that you are drinking water the wrong way. This is the side of fast modern life. People hardly spend time drinking water. They just gulp it.
03:08 – #3 Reason that you are drinking water the wrong way. Many people do this mistake after a strenuous workout session or after coming back from office. The harmful effects are many.
04:02 – #2 Reason that you are drinking water the wrong way. This is due to the result of negative marketing.
04:46 – #1 Reason that you are drinking water the wrong way. This is another side effect of fast lives. Or I should say that most people are unaware of this aspect.
While sitting. “Avoid drinking water while standing as it can have an adverse effect on your kidneys, and can even lead to arthritis. Sitting while drinking water allows your body to better filter the nutrients and direct the water to areas that need nourishing, rather than going directly into your stomach with a force, as it does when standing. Also, we typically drink water a lot faster while standing, which brings your nerves into a state of tension,” she explained.

What is the best way to drink water?
Instead of gulping a glass of water, enjoy it by drinking sip-by-sip.
What temperature water is best for you?
Either room temperature or tepid (lukewarm) water. “Please avoid icy cold water,” she mentioned.
How much water to drink?
“I was also under the impression that we need to drink plenty of water for better skin, immunity, and digestion. But that’s not correct. If you drink a lot of water, you might feel bloated. Also, it could dampen your digestive fire and increase kapha dosha. So, water is important and you need to drink enough but not more. Try to listen to your body. You’ll know when your body needs water and when it needs food. Just needs a little bit of practice and you’ll ace listening to your body and feeding it accordingly,” mentioned Bhavsar.

6. Rinse out several times until the smell of vinegar has vanished
7. Wipe down the outside of the kettle with a damp cloth
Using vinegar to remove limescale is non-toxic and detergent free.
To prevent limescale pour out any excess water from the kettle when you have finished using it. It is also possible to purchase a kettle descaler, which is a steel mesh ball that collects limescale when placed inside the kettle.
1
Mix 2 cups (470 mL) of vinegar and water and pour them into the kettle. If the volume of your kettle is too small for this mixture, fill it about halfway and place any leftover solution to the side. For best results, use white vinegar and water in a 1:1 ratio.[1]
If yours is an electric kettle, make sure it’s unplugged before pouring in the water and vinegar.
It’s a good idea to check the owner’s manual for your particular kettle to make sure that it’s safe to add vinegar to the interior.
Tip: There are commercial descalers available, but make sure they are specifically for use on kettles and are not metal descalers. If you choose to use one, follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
This build-up causes water to take longer to boil and can even lead your kettle to burn out in the long run.
Fortunately, if you begin to notice limescale build-up in your kettle, you can easily use vinegar or lemon juice to get rid of it.
2 – with vinegar
Turn the kettle on and bring the vinegar solution to a boil. Plug in the kettle if it’s electric or turn on the stove underneath a stovetop kettle to boil the solution. Let the solution boil for about a minute or so.[2]
Feel free to use a high heat setting to bring the solution to a boil as quickly as possible. It shouldn’t take longer than 5 minutes to get it boiling.
Turn off the kettle once the solution is boiling and let it sit for an hour. The vinegar solution will do work its descaling magic simply by sitting in the kettle, so you don’t necessarily have to boil it for a set amount of time. If you don’t want to wait an entire hour, allow the solution to sit for at least 30 minutes before pouring it out.[3]
If yours is an electric kettle with an automatic switch-off feature, feel free to let it switch off on its own instead of watching to see when it boils.
How To Descale A Kettle
To descale a kettle, fill it with a mixture of 1 part white vinegar and 1 part water (one cup).
Leave the vinegar mixture in the kettle for 1 hour.
Then, dump it out and wipe down the inside of the kettle with a clean rag.
Once all the lime-scale is gone, rinse your kettle out with water 5 times, and voila.
4
Pour out the solution after an hour and rinse out the kettle. Be sure the kettle is cool to the touch before handling it. Thoroughly rinse the inside of the kettle under the sink faucet to get rid of any leftover vinegar solution. For best results, rinse out the kettle 2 or 3 times to get as much of the vinegar out of the inside as possible.[4]
If your kettle has a removable lid, take this lid off to make it easier to rinse out the interior. You can rinse the lid by itself to make sure it’s also clean.
5
Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe away any leftover limescale. The vinegar solution will probably not have removed all the limescale, but any leftover build-up should be easy to remove by hand. If a damp cloth isn’t cutting it, add a little bit of baking soda to a damp sponge and use that to clean out the inside of the kettle.[5]
For best results, use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning brush with an elongated handle. Make sure you get all the corners as well.
6
Run a plain water cycle to get rid of any lingering vinegar taste. Fill your kettle halfway with plain water and bring it to a boil. Pour this water out once it starts to boil. You may have to do this 2 or 3 times in order to completely deodorize the interior.[6]
Repeat this cycle until you can’t smell any vinegary odor in your kettle. You may also want to “test” your kettle by preparing a beverage in it and seeing if it tastes at all like vinegar.

The microwave is probably one of the most popular appliances in your home. It’s also the one that’s most in need of constant cleaning. Many companies market commercial cleaners and specialty chemicals as being the best at cleaning out your microwave – but not all of us are fans of using chemicals in our homes.
How to clean microwave
If you’d rather avoid the bad stuff, that’s totally fine! You can still clean your microwave, of course – and you probably have everything you need, right now in your kitchen, for the job. We promise, this naturally stuff is just as good as commercial cleaners – no tough scrubbing required! Here’s a list of ingredients you need for cleaning your microwave quickly and safely:
• Vinegar
• Baking Soda
• Lemons
• Lemon Essential Oil
• Water • Sponge
• Damp Cloth
• cup
• & a Microwave Safe Bowl
Stick with us, because in this video, we’ll be breaking down cleaning your microwave into two categories: with vinegar and with baking soda. If you have either of these two everyday kitchen items, you’re on your way to a clean microwave!
Let’s start with how to clean your microwave with vinegar. Just add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of vinegar in a glass cup or microwave safe bowl. You don’t need to mix these ingredients – just pop them straight in the microwave and put it on its highest heat setting. Set the timer for 5 minutes, and leave the vinegar to work its magic.
When your microwave dings, remove the cup or bowl. Be careful here, because it’ll be boiling hot – you’re going to want to use oven gloves or a tea towel to keep your hands protected, and be careful of the steam, too. Put the bowl to one side and wipe down interior of microwave with a damp cloth or sponge and you’re done. You should find that the vinegar has loosened any tough stains, and they should come right off.
As an added bonus, you can use the warm vinegar mixture to wipe down other dirty surfaces in your kitchen. Just make sure to let it cool to warm before you attempt to dip a cloth into the solution.
How to clean microwave
2. Lemon fresh method Another very similar method is to add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of vinegar in a microwave safe bowl, then cut one large lemon or two small lemons into slices. These lemons should add a little cleaning strength to your vinegar – plus, they’ll make your whole kitchen smell delicious. Place the cut lemon slices into your bowl of water and vinegar, then put it in your microwave and switch to a high heat. Set the timer for 5 to 6 minutes, then wait for it to ding. After this, you just follow the same steps as we’ve already mentioned: wipe down the interior of your microwave with a damp cloth or sponge and you’re done. Again, you can also save the warm lemon vinegar mixture to wipe down other dirty kitchen surfaces.
3. Lemon essential oil Speaking of lemons, if you happen to have some lemon essential oil lying around, you can also use that to effectively clean your microwave. For this method, just add 2 tablespoons of water to a microwavable-safe plate or bowl. Next, add 2 drops of lemon essential oil. Pop the plate or bowl in your microwave, make sure it’s on a high heat, and set the timer to 1 minute. When the minute is up, open the door to your microwave and place a clean sponge on the plate to absorb the remaining water. You can then use the sponge to wipe down the inside and outside of your microwave. The sponge shouldn’t be boiling, as you only left the essential oil to heat up for a single minute. But if it’s too hot to touch, give it a couple of minutes before picking it up.
4. Using baking soda From vinegar and lemon to one of the other most popular natural home cleaners of all time: baking soda. You can do much more with baking soda than simply adding it to cakes, you know! For this microwave cleaning hack, pour 1 cup of baking soda and 2 cups of water into a microwave-safe bowl. Give the water a stir to mix the baking soda in. Then place in your microwave and microwave on high for 6 minutes. In the same way that vinegar does, baking soda loosens the grime off the inside of your microwave. You should find that when you wipe the interior down with a damp cloth, the majority of grime comes away. For the most effective microwave clean, use this baking soda hack followed by the vinegar hack. You’ll have your microwave gleaming clean in no time.
5. Dish soap Dish soap is something that we all hopefully have to hand, making this one of the easiest microwave cleaning methods of all. Just fill a microwave safe bowl with warm water and add an ample amount of dishwashing soap. Put the bowl in the microwave for one minute, or until it begins to steam. Remove the bowl, being careful not to burn yourself, then dampen a sponge and wipe the inside of the microwave. The steam will loosen all of the dried-on debris.
What Materials Should Not Be Put in the Microwave?
There are certain materials that should never be microwaved because they’re a fire hazard, or they could explode or release toxic gasses. Here are some things that should not be put in the microwave:
Metal and containers with metal trim
Dishes with gold paint
Paper bags
Take-out containers
Sharp objects
Yogurt and butter containers
Eggs (in the shell)
Styrofoam
Grapes
Hotdogs
Uncovered sauces or dips
Dirty kitchen sponges
Dense vegetables such as raw carrots and green beans
Finally, if you’re thinking about turning your microwave on with nothing inside to see what happens, don’t. This can destroy your microwave, potentially blowing it to pieces.
When the microwave is turned on, the microwaves need to go somewhere. If they don’t have anywhere to go, they bounce off each other before being absorbed back into the microwave. In a worst-case scenario, this will cause the microwave to explode.

Kale: See the Light
This leafy green is a source of lutein and zeaxanthin, which are related to vitamin A and beta-carotene, and may help protect eye tissues from sunlight damage and reduce the risk of eye changes related to aging. Other good sources of these nutrients include dark green leafy vegetables such as collard greens, turnip greens and spinach, broccoli, peas, kiwi, red grapes, yellow squash, oranges, corn, papaya and pistachios. Your body needs fat to absorb lutein and zeaxanthin, so be sure to eat them with a bit of unsaturated fat such as a drizzle of olive oil or a few slices of avocado. And kale also contains vitamin C and beta-carotene, other eye-friendly nutrients.

You’re probably hearing a lot about cannabis and marijuana products as they become legal in more and more states. Two natural compounds are getting the most attention: CBD and THC.
Cannabis is a plant that makes a thick substance full of compounds called cannabinoids. There are more than 100 of these chemicals in cannabis. They cause drug-like reactions in your body.
CBD (cannabidiol) and THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) are the most common cannabinoids found in cannabis products.
THC and CBD are in both marijuana and hemp. Marijuana contains much more THC than hemp, while hemp has a lot of CBD.
Chemical Structure
CBD and THC have the same chemical formula — 21 carbon atoms, 30 hydrogen atoms, and two oxygen atoms. The difference lies in the way the atoms are arranged. That gives CBD and THC different chemical properties, and they affect your body differently.
Both CBD and THC work with receptors that release neurotransmitters in your brain. They can affect things like pain, mood, sleep, and memory.
CBD vs. THC
How CBD and THC Affect the Body
THC is the main psychoactive compound in marijuana. It’s what makes people feel “high.”
We have two types of cannabinoid receptors in our bodies. THC binds with receptors — mostly in the brain — that control pain, mood, and other feelings. That’s why THC can make you feel euphoric and give you that so-called high.
CBD doesn’t cause that high. Instead, it’s thought to work with other elements in the body linked to feelings of well-being.
The FDA has approved one CBD-based drug. Epidiolex is a treatment for several severe forms of rare childhood epilepsy.
CBD is a hot topic for researchers. The National Institutes of Health clinical trials database shows more than 160 trials involving CBD that are either active or recruiting.
Some states authorize the use of THC as part of medical marijuana, THC may help ease things like:
We are a Toronto based organization with a huge passion for CBD as we are fully invested in its therapeutic effects and its benefits to optimize health.
Our staff is compromised of both athletes and non-active individuals who use CBD daily for recovery purposes and its numerous health benefits. We are self-conscious of what goes into our body and ensure that we only send out quality products that we ourselves would also consume.
Our CBD oil products are made with high grade 99% pure CBD isolate produced and tested in Canada, with additional 3rd party lab testing.

Use our CBD Dosage Calculator below to determine the optimal dosage of CBD for your particular ailment and body weight! Our CBD Dosage Calculator has been optimized for the best results using CBD oil possible.
As the scientific and medical communities are quickly discovering, CBD is a potent treatment for many common illnesses. Despite CBD’s rise in popularity, questions about its use still remain. Chief amongst those questions is the amount of CBD that is right for each individual. Which is why we’ve created this CBD Dosage Calculator.
Now that you’re familiar with all the amazing benefits you can get from CBD, let’s dive into our CBD Dosage Calculator.
CBD Oil
Consider These Factors When Using CBD Dosage Calculator
As we mentioned, a large number of factors affect the size of the dosage that will work for you. The quality and potency of the CBD oil will certainly affect what you feel, but other factors to consider include:
Your weight
Your metabolism
Your diet
The condition being treated
The severity of your illness
Your tolerance to CBD
We’ll provide some general guidelines regarding weight and suggested dosage, but keep in mind that your weight may change. This can cause the amount of CBD you need to change as well.
If you lose weight (because of a decrease in anxiety, depression, or psychosis), the CBD dosage may go down. If you gain weight (because of regaining your appetite or no longer being nauseated), the amount of CBD may increase. That’s why it’s crucial to record your progress so you can adjust things accordingly.
Similarly, your tolerance level can have a major effect on the amount of CBD you need. Tolerance is particularly stubborn and often requires weeks, months, or even years to change.
All of these factors should be considered, tweaked, and recorded as you work through the CBD dosage calculator. Learn more HERE >>
Below, we’ve produced a table of dosage suggestions based on your weight and the severity of your ailment (pain level). Use these as suggestions as a starting point and adjust your dosage up or down accordingly.
With these suggestions in mind, let’s move to our CBD dosage calculator.
Sample Calculation
Below is the serving size and amount of CBD per serving for our CBD oil:
Each bottle contains 30ml which roughly equates to about 500 drops.
Serving Size: 10 drops
Amount Per Serving:
250 mg = 0.5 mg per drop 500 mg = 1 mg per drop 1000 mg = 2 mg per drop 1500 mg = 3 mg per drop
From that information, we can write the following equivalency:
10 drops = 5 mg 10 mg 20 mg 30mg

A virtual tour of Jura Single Malt Whisky Distillery with Brand Home Manager, Mark Bruce
whisky distillery
On the small island of Jura lies a single distillery the Isle of Jura distillery. It mostly produces Single Malt Whisky and is very famous for its official bottlings.
The Whisky
The Isle of Jura’s core official range is made up of four bottlings of Jura: Origin 10 year old, Duirach’s Own 16 year old, Superstition, and Prophecy. All of the bottlings vary in flavor and age: Prophecy is young and quite heavily peated, while Duriach’s Own is not and has a mature character. The Superstition contains a mixture of unpeated as well as peated malts. The 10 years old is the well known standard and was the only available malt in former times. The distillery also has several other bottlings. The Turas-Mara, Elixier 12 years old, 21 years old. Very famous was a Jura 1984 Vintage bottling, which celebrated the the novel Nineteen Eighty-Four by George Orwell which he wrote on the island from 1946 to 1949. Finally there had been an Archive Bottlings Range, which features three ‘Boutique Barrels‘ bottlings from 1993, 1995 and 1999.
In something of a novelty situation, the official bottling seriously outnumbers independent bottlings from the Isle of Jura. There have been a few performed by such bottlers as Douglas Laing and Hunter Laing, which vary in ages and vintages, but the official collection provides a far thorough selection.
The far view of the Jura Distillery.

The Production
The Isle of Jura distillery produces an impressive 2.2 million liters of alcohol a year. A lot of it is sold as Single Malt. The water used in the production is drawn from the Loch a’Bhaile Mhargaidh, which also lies on the Isle of Jura. Jura is located sixty miles from the Scottish coastline, which adds another dimension to the difficulty of Whiskyproduction: lack of accessibility. George Orwell famously referred to the distillery as ‘un-get-able’, in reference to how difficult it was to access the site. In terms of production support, the distillery boasts six stainless steel washbacks and a semi-lauter mash tun.
whisky distillery
A few miles off the west coast of Scotland you’ll find the Isle of Jura; remote, sometimes wild, yet always beautiful.
Home to more than 5000 deer and roughly 212 islanders, there is only one road, one pub and one whisky distillery.
Since 1810 this unique Island malt has been our greatest endeavour and our greatest reward. Discover more about Jura Whisky at jurawhisky.com.
The History
Jura is a very special place – it’s probably the only island in the world where Whiskybarrels outnumber the human population. The Isle of Jura distillery sits in the island’s only town, Craighead. The distillery has had a two-phase history, much like many other distilleries that have undergone numerous openings and closings. Charles Mackinlay & Company built the modern-day distillery in 1960, with the first distilling taking place in 1963. However, there was a distillery at the site that dramatically pre-dates the modern facility.
